At Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris, we are honored to serve as an official partner of Right Track, the City of Saint Paul’s flagship youth employment initiative. This innovative program connects young people—especially those from cost-burdened households—with real-world job experiences, mentorship, and the opportunity to build professional and personal confidence through hands-on learning.

Now entering our second year as partners, we remain deeply committed to providing meaningful exposure to the culinary and hospitality industries. Whether it’s packaging delicate croissants, assisting with guest services, or learning about kitchen operations and food safety, our interns are fully immersed in the day-to-day rhythm of a working French patisserie.

For many of these young people, this is their first professional work experience—and we see it as a privilege to contribute to their growth. We strive not only to offer job training, but also to foster an environment of creativity, discipline, and cultural appreciation, where interns feel seen, valued, and empowered to dream bigger.

This partnership reflects our core values: uplifting our community, investing in future generations, and using our craft to open doors. We believe that by guiding and mentoring youth in a real work setting, we are not only contributing to their journey—we are shaping a stronger, more vibrant Saint Paul.
