Program: YJ2

Focus: Pastry Apprentice 

Internship: Spring 2025

Skills Learned:

  • Measuring dry and wet ingredients for recipes

  • Making dough

  • Laminating dough 

  • Rolling croissants

  • Cake decorating & finishing

  • Proper food hygeine 

  • Inventory management & rotation (FIFO)

Success: Graduating from high school, Class of Spring 2025, and being hired on as a full-time employee at Marc Heu Patisserie Paris! 








Naomi

Program: YJ2

Focus: Social Media Intern

Internship: Spring 2025

Skills Learned:

  • Basic knowledge of how to use a camera phone and digital camera for photography and video

  • Graphic design

  • Learned new platforms: Canva & Capcut

  • Copywriting for social media & product launches 

  • Cinematography & video editing

  • Assisted in social Media strategy and execution 

  • Research and data collection for social media platforms KPI and trends

Success: 

We gave Naomi free rein to create the strategy and content for Tiktok during the duration of her internship, and she created some amazing videos! See below!
